Hi, I am Jennifer, a bilingual (Spanish/English) and bicultural Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW) with fifteen years of experience supporting individuals and communities in both national and international spaces. I hold a Masters in Social Welfare (MSW) and a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from UCLA. Throughout my career I have worked in federal, non-profit, academic sectors, and health systems. I have gained a unique understanding of both project management, consulting, and clinical practice, and I approach all of my work with a passion and commitment to the field of mental health.
In addition to providing individual therapy, I enjoy opportunities to speak publicly and facilitate workshops surrounding mental health, especially in the documentary and filmmaking world. I have partnered with filmmakers both in the US and abroad consulting on mental health. Whether the task at hand is formative research, workshop development, or participant and audience care consulting, I bring a warm and compassionate energy to the work that I do.
